Recently, the National Data Administration issued the "List of Key Points for the Construction of Digital China in 2024" (hereinafter referred to as the "List of Key Points"), deploying the construction of Digital China in 2024. According to the requirements of the "Overall Layout Plan for Digital China Construction", the "Key Points List" deploys key tasks around four aspects: high-quality construction of digital development foundation, digital empowerment leading high-quality economic and social development, strengthening the supporting role of digital China's key capabilities, and creating a good atmosphere and environment for digital development. Mainly including: accelerating the expansion and acceleration of digital infrastructure construction, focusing on breaking through the bottleneck of data resource circulation, deepening the innovation and development of the digital economy, improving the digital government service system, promoting the rich and diverse development of digital culture, building an inclusive and convenient digital society, accelerating the construction of digital ecological civilization, strengthening the collaborative innovation and application of digital technology, steadily enhancing digital security guarantee capabilities, continuously improving the governance ecology of the digital field, and continuously expanding the international cooperation and exchange space in the digital field. Next, the National Data Administration will work with relevant departments to implement various tasks, deepen the market-oriented allocation reform of data elements, fully tap into the potential of data elements, comprehensively enhance the overall, systematic, and collaborative construction of Digital China, promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, further empower economic development, enrich people's lives, and enhance the modernization level of social governance.
