(1) Preparation before work Takeaway personnel should give full vaccination to COVID-19 if they are not contraindicated. If they are eligible, they should be vaccinated. At ordinary times, we should do a good job in self-health management. Timely understand the epidemic risk level of takeout distribution area. Check the quantity and quality of work clothes, masks, gloves, hand disinfectants and other personal protective articles before taking the post, and measure the body temperature. In case of abnormal body temperature and related symptoms, report to the unit and seek medical treatment in time. (2) Protection at work Clean and disinfect takeout and express delivery tools. The distribution box of catering takeout shall be kept clean and disinfected to avoid scattering of meals, and the frequency of cleaning and disinfection shall be increased. Delivery personnel of takeout shall wear masks and gloves when picking up takeout from merchants and during shipment. After the mask or gloves are wet or dirty, they should be replaced in time. Place takeout in different areas to reduce mutual pollution. In the distribution process of catering takeout, it is advocated to separate directly imported food and non directly imported food, food requiring low-temperature preservation and hot food with clean containers or independent packaging. Reduce direct hand contact with the surface of public equipment or facilities, and do a good job of hand hygiene in time. In the delivery process of takeout, try to minimize direct hand contact with stair handrails, elevator buttons, door handles and other public equipment and facilities; If taking a van elevator, wear masks and gloves. Strengthen personal protection awareness in the delivery process of takeout. In the process of signing for takeout with customers, wear masks and gloves to reduce direct contact, and maintain a social distance of at least 1 meter during conversation. After delivery in special places such as medical and health institutions, hand hygiene should be done in time. Non contact delivery is advocated. In medium and high-risk areas, the delivery personnel of takeout shall try to adopt the non-contact delivery mode with the consent of customers to reduce personnel contact. Optimize delivery service. In the process of delivering soup takeout or fresh food, it is necessary to contact the recipient by telephone in advance to determine the handover method and reduce the detention time. Pay attention to whether there is liquid leakage during transportation. In case of liquid leakage, the outer package of takeout shall be replaced in time, and the delivery tools shall be cleaned and disinfected. Strengthen personal protection during dining. Restaurants (halls) with good ventilation, cleanness and sanitation shall be selected. When ordering, you should choose indirect payment. Wash hands or use quick drying hand disinfectant before eating. Strengthen hand hygiene. When going to the bathroom, avoid directly touching the door handle and other public equipment with your hands, and conduct hand hygiene in time after defecation. Pay attention to personal hygiene habits. Avoid touching the mouth, eyes and nose with unclean hands. Cover the mouth and nose with paper towels or elbow arms when sneezing or coughing. Reduce gathering and close conversations. During the break, the gathering of takeout delivery personnel shall be reduced, and the social distance of at least 1 meter shall be maintained when talking with others. Minimize access to closed, airless public places and densely populated places. (3) Hygiene in life The dormitory of takeout delivery personnel shall strengthen indoor air circulation, keep the environment clean, clean and disinfect, and wash and disinfect work clothes and cleaning supplies in time. (4) Emergency response When the delivery personnel have fever, dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhea and other suspected symptoms at work, they must actively report to the unit and seek medical treatment in time. Try to avoid taking public transport such as bus and subway. Wear masks on the way to and in the hospital. After contacting with novel coronavirus pneumonia suspected cases or confirmed cases, the take away delivery personnel should give timely report to the unit and cooperate closely with the close contacts and the closely followed up traceability and epidemiological investigation. Try to choose contactless delivery. You can ask the delivery personnel to store the takeout in the designated location. Before unpacking, wipe and disinfect the external packaging and food packaging box with disinfectant wipes. Do not spray alcohol in a large area for disinfection. 3.
