On December 21st, the theme exhibition "Dunhuang Starry Sky" at the Shanghai Planetarium opened. The exhibition is divided into four themed exhibition areas: Entering Dunhuang, Starry on the Wall, Starry in the Cave, and Continuation of the Starry Universe. Two giant replica murals of Mogao Grottoes and nine precious Dunhuang astronomical exhibits authorized and produced by the Dunhuang Research Institute, combined with the multimedia show "Between the Stars and Rivers" planned by the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, present the beauty of Dunhuang's starry sky to visitors.
