At the same time, in addition to the network "social", find yourself something to do, which can more or less distract and divert attention. A while ago, several of my friends were isolated. Some of them were keen on fitness. They did indoor projects such as squatting and flat support in the room every day, and made videos of the fitness process and posted them to the Internet. They were a "female version of Liu Fuhong". After two weeks, I not only had no physical problems, but also learned video clips. Another illustrator friend created several paintings during the isolation period. In addition, serious work is also a way to distract attention and eliminate psychological anxiety. Nowadays, the online office system has been very developed. There is little difference between working at work and at home or in isolated points. In fact, once people have something to do and get busy, they will feel that time passes very quickly. Like myself, I haven't stepped out of the gate of the community for nearly 20 days since my residence was sealed off on April 23. A week ago, when the community was unsealed, I found that I was still busy with my work and didn't have time to go out for a walk. Of course, everyone's situation is different, and not everyone alleviates anxiety in various ways. If fear, helplessness, hopelessness, emptiness, dullness and numbness persist for a period of time and are always difficult to resolve, you should call the psychological counseling hotline in time and seek the help of a professional psychologist. Influenced by traditional ideas, Chinese people do not pay much attention to mental diseases, and they are also very taboo to see a psychologist. However, the pace of modern society is so fast and the pressure is so great that many people have some psychological problems more or less. Being secretive and avoiding medicine will only aggravate the disease. Especially in the special period of anti epidemic, due to the long-term sealing and control, both the isolated objects and the epidemic prevention staff are under great mental pressure. This requires more psychological protection and try to avoid psychological "secondary injury". In this regard, I suggest that local governments should also pay attention to the psychological epidemic prevention of the people, equip the sealed community with professional psychologists as far as possible, and provide timely and necessary psychological counseling to the community residents and epidemic prevention personnel to alleviate the psychological pressure.
