Do not purchase drugs from unqualified merchants or individuals through social media, short video content publishing platforms, or other channels. Drug online retail enterprises and third-party platforms engaged in the sale of prescription drugs to individuals should ensure the authenticity and reliability of the prescription source, and implement a real name system. At the same time, electronic prescriptions that have already been used should be marked to avoid repeated use of prescriptions. Vaccines, blood products, anesthetics, psychotropic drugs, toxic drugs for medical use, radioactive drugs, pharmaceutical precursor chemicals and other drugs subject to special management by the state shall not be sold online.
