The Zhejiang procuratorial organs closely revolve around the decisions and deployments of the central government, the Supreme Procuratorate, and the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, deepen the cooperation among procuratorial organs in the Yangtze River Delta region, consolidate the joint efforts to serve and ensure the healthy and high-quality development of the private economy, protect private enterprises equally in accordance with the law, help the development and growth of the private economy, and shoulder the procuratorial responsibility of safeguarding the development of the private economy in accordance with the rule of law. To ensure equal protection for private enterprises, Zhejiang is a major province in the private economy, and the private economy is the main force of Zhejiang's economy. The Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Government attach great importance to the development of the private economy. Zhejiang has successively introduced "Several Measures to Promote High Quality Development of the Private Economy" and "Regulations on Optimizing the Business Environment", continuously optimizing a fair competition market environment, and promoting the formation of a social consensus on legal and equal protection and a positive trend of healthy development of enterprises. In order to ensure the implementation of the policy of protecting enterprises, the Zhejiang procuratorial organs have successively formulated and implemented the "Opinions on the Three" Number One Projects "of service guarantee and the" Work Plan for Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of the "Three Teams", further systematically and targetedly clarifying the procuratorial measures for serving the development of the private economy and assisting the construction of the entrepreneurial team, deploying special actions to promote the optimization of the legal environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, and serving the legal needs of entrepreneurs. At the same time, the Work Guidelines for High Quality and Efficient Handling of Cases Involving Private Enterprises have been formulated, further refining the requirements for handling cases related to enterprises in terms of entity, procedure, and effectiveness, and leading the provincial procuratorial organs to ensure equal protection of private enterprises in their specific duties. Zhejiang fully leverages the functions of the "Four Major Prosecutors" and deploys the "Law, Public Security, Commerce, and Enterprise Protection" ten legal supervision actions in the provincial procuratorial system, promoting special supervision on the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of personal and property rights of private enterprises, and the rule of law protection for honest private enterprises. It deeply implements a package of procuratorial measures to protect enterprises, helping to boost enterprise confidence and stabilize market expectations.
