In order to accelerate the development of cross-border e-commerce industry, Guangzhou Customs has conscientiously implemented the deployment requirements of superiors, combined with the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce industry development and enterprise needs in the customs area, and continuously innovated regulatory optimization services. Among them, in order to ensure the efficiency of cross-border e-commerce product customs clearance, currently, Nansha cross-border e-commerce outbound packages have achieved 24-hour intelligent customs clearance. In addition, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Customs has established a 24-hour customs clearance operation result summary mechanism, adopting a "pre audit, arrival release" mode, continuously deepening the use of "smart machine inspection" and peer-to-peer intelligent technology, and comprehensively improving the efficiency of document review and package passing inspection. The return and exchange process of cross-border e-commerce products is also a key concern for consumers.
