This plan proposes a total of 22 measures to support the construction of international pharmaceutical innovation parks. These measures include: implementing three major projects: upgrading planning, improving supporting facilities, and speeding up transportation; Accelerate the process of innovative drug and device research and development and market launch; Build a demonstration highland for "artificial intelligence+medicine and health" and support the reform of cross-border data circulation facilitation; Focusing on key links in the industrial chain and the core concerns of talents, we will increase innovation support and provide full chain support for the development of innovative drugs and equipment. The International Medical Innovation Park is located on both sides of the South Fifth Ring Road in Beijing, east of the South Central Axis and west of Jingtai Road. The planned total land area is about 5.8 square kilometers, and the total construction scale is about 3 million square meters. The park is mainly divided into four main functional areas: the headquarters gathering area, which focuses on creating an international and diversified business space, serving the headquarters and innovation centers of top biopharmaceutical companies around the world; R&D conversion zone, constructing an integrated space for R&D office, pilot production, and industrial supporting facilities to meet the needs of enterprise innovation product R&D, pilot production, and large-scale production; The Medical Engineering Integration Zone focuses on introducing high-quality "learning, research, and medical" resources from home and abroad, cooperating to build industry education integration bases and research-oriented hospitals, and enhancing the integrated carrying capacity of medical engineering disciplines in scientific research, teaching practice, innovation and entrepreneurship; The pharmaceutical intelligent manufacturing zone will construct intelligent and modern standard factories, attracting cutting-edge innovation and industrialization resources from around the world to land.
