'Running on behalf of others' is not just about deviating from the direction of fitness

As the weather warms up, people who gain three pounds during festivals should start exercising and losing weight. However, if you don't want to run by yourself, someone can help you run. Playing games involves practicing on behalf of others, and now fitness also involves running on behalf of others. Media surveys have found that many platforms have seen sellers who offer "proxy running" services: they charge by kilometer and can set new running records while lying at home. The development of the Internet has provided opportunities for "Dai ××", such as buying fast food, taking taxi and booking hotels. Dai Run "is also a member of the" Dai Family ", which allows some running enthusiasts to meet their fitness needs while earning rewards through" Dai Run ". E-commerce platforms provide proxy trading services, and demanders are willing to pay for it, gradually forming the "proxy economy". Running on behalf of others may seem like a win-win situation, but in reality, there are many risks hidden behind it. Not only does it go against the original intention of fitness, but it may also violate the legal bottom line. Even if the sports data is beautiful, if it is not my own personal effort, then this is false data. The data obtained through someone else's proxy is actually a form of fraud, using data to deceive oneself. Especially in recent years, many universities have successively launched campus running activities, aiming to implement the requirements of documents such as the Basic Standards for Physical Education in Higher Education Institutions, the National Student Physical Health Standards, and the "Healthy China 2030" Plan Outline, strengthen students' physical fitness, encourage physical exercise, etc. The practice of 'proxy running' seriously undermines the original intention of universities to establish a running check-in system. 'Running on behalf of others' not only allows students to avoid real exercise, but may also lead to distorted physical performance, causing significant negative impacts on the educational environment. The phenomenon of "proxy running" involving fraud and cheating needs to be corrected in a timely manner. From a small perspective, this cheating behavior is not conducive to a person's development of good habits and qualities, and even if the results of running on behalf of others are good, it is meaningless for personal physical and mental health; In general, such fraudulent or cheating behavior has fostered a negative social atmosphere, which is not conducive to accelerating the construction of the social credit system and creating a favorable credit environment. To correct the cheating behavior of proxy buyers, the key is to make them realize that finding someone to proxy them is not as good as truly participating in sports. This is beneficial for their physical and mental health, willpower, and behavioral habits. This requires scientific guidance from public opinion, as well as the participation of universities and platforms in "cracking down on counterfeits" and eliminating the market survival space for this cheating type of demand. Among them, universities should become the main force in cracking down on counterfeits. Legal experts have pointed out that serious cases of finding someone to run on behalf of others may result in disciplinary action by the school and be recorded in the student files. Last year, while calling on college students to run with integrity, several universities released information about cheating students, and some universities cancelled the eligibility of cheating students for physical education exams. These "anti-counterfeiting" actions not only punish the students involved, but also serve as a warning to other students. In addition, universities should optimize the sports assessment mechanism, reduce formal tasks, and further stimulate students' interest in sports. It is worth noting that the "proxy running" service also has some potential legal risks. On the one hand, finding someone to run on behalf of others may face the risk of personal information leakage, and in severe cases, it may also affect personal credit reporting; On the other hand, if accidents occur during the process of outsourcing, the client may also bear corresponding responsibilities due to the entrusted relationship. No matter who it is, they must be aware of the multiple risks hidden in finding someone to run on their behalf, otherwise they may lose a lot due to "running". Building a trustworthy society requires the joint participation of all parties, and any behavior that affects integrity must be corrected. As a proxy runner, once it is discovered that certain clients' needs involve fraud or cheating, they should refuse to accept the order and cannot ignore dishonest behavior. E-commerce platforms should also promptly remove fake "proxy running" services and guide real and healthy exercise methods. In short, "running on behalf of others" is not as good as real exercise. True health is not achieved through data, but through personal and persistent efforts. We should all establish a healthy fitness concept and actively participate in physical exercise. (New Society)
