This semester, many primary and secondary schools have extended the break time from 10 minutes to 15 minutes. The addition and subtraction of time management has stirred up a pool of spring water for exploring the cultivation of students during breaks. Balancing work and rest, the value of break time is irreplaceable in classroom teaching. Whether the break time will be squeezed and truly handed over to students is not only a matter of time, but also reflects the school's educational philosophy. During break time, children step out of the classroom to relax and cultivate friendships. Interclass is not a "cutting" of the classroom, but a "refueling station" for the classroom and a "supply station" for children's growth. Promote students' physical and mental health and comprehensive development, and use "micro reforms" to drive major changes during the 15 minute break between classes. There are more sports equipment boxes and toy boxes on campus, more smart devices that attract students to "clock in" sports, and more interaction and communication between teachers and students... The school adapts to local conditions and utilizes every activity venue, while also allowing teachers to move from managers of recess activities to co participants. I didn't expect to increase it by just 5 minutes and have such great prying power Many teachers are moved by the changes around them. Just as we value the classroom, we value breaks and exploration is still on the way.
