The inspection within the procuratorial system is an extension and specific practice of the Party's inspection system and political inspection requirements in the procuratorial organs. It should be emphasized that conducting internal inspections within the system must always regard "two safeguards" as the fundamental task, firmly deepen political supervision, continuously polish the clear political background of the new era and new journey procuratorial organs, and promote the strengthening of the Party's absolute leadership over procuratorial work. We should be good at examining procuratorial work from a political perspective, political thinking, and political effects. We should adhere to a political perspective and focus on the rule of law, focusing on serving the overall situation, serving the people's justice, and taking responsibility for the rule of law. Through specific business work and supervision of case handling, we should identify political deviations and promote more specific, precise, and normalized political supervision. Key inspections will be conducted on the implementation of the main responsibility and supervisory responsibility for comprehensive and strict inspection, highlighting the supervision of the leadership team's in-depth implementation of the "two responsibilities", lawful performance of duties and powers, integrity and self-discipline, and work style construction. The party groups of the provincial procuratorates under inspection will be urged to fully assume the main responsibility, and to be strict with themselves, their responsibilities, and their jurisdiction.
