Writing ahead is another year of blooming flowers and willows, and another year of grass growing and birds flying. April 7th is the 75th World Health Day, and China's theme for this year is "Everyone Enjoys Health and Jointly Promotes Health". Wearing white clothes, with great love in my heart. From serving the military to receiving medical treatment on the battlefield, from providing medical aid to foreign countries to conducting scientific research and research, every military camp has the busy and dedicated figures of medical and health workers. In this issue, we collect stories of several civilian personnel who have built a strong military, feeling their sincere feelings of diligence, love, and sincerity, in order to pay tribute to the "Peacock Blue" who fought on the medical and health front of the entire army. The Anhui General Hospital of the People's Armed Police Force focuses on enabling civilian personnel to continuously grow through pairing and practical experience. The picture shows a civilian personnel (first on the right) participating in difficult surgeries. Not long before Zhang Weifeng took the photo, the Binzhou Branch of the Shandong Armed Police Force organized professional medical training. The picture shows civilian personnel (first on the right) working together with comrades to treat the wounded. In late March, Pu Shaohui, a civilian staff member of the Otolaryngology Department at the 904th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force, called his comrades who took over their medical aid missions in Africa to exchange work experiences. Less than a month after Pu Shaohui successfully completed his mission and returned to China, the scene of following the medical team in Zambia to carry out work is still vividly remembered. Adhering to the concept of a community of human health and health, batches of medical workers providing medical assistance to foreign countries have carried forward the spirit of the Chinese medical team, which is fearless of hardship, willing to dedicate themselves, saving lives and helping the wounded, and loving the boundless world. They have crossed mountains and seas, and traveled far to foreign lands to provide medical assistance. Pu Shaohui, who has always been longing for this task, couldn't hide his excitement when he found out last year that he finally had the opportunity to take on the burden. Even though the landscapes are diverse, we share the wind and moon under the same sky. Upon arriving in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, Pu Shaohui faced the first challenge not of business, but of language. Due to his average speaking skills, Pu Shaohui began to work hard to make up for his shortcomings in the first half of the year when he joined the medical team in Zambia. He purchased many foreign language books, signed up for English conversation related courses for diagnosis and treatment, and made full use of his work time to practice speaking with his teammates. While working, learning and working, Pu Shaohui's oral proficiency has improved significantly. Not only can he quickly independently receive foreign patients, but he also creates a promotional manual on epidemic prevention knowledge based on local conditions to promote to local medical personnel. On a clinic day, Pu Shaohui received a patient with a nervous expression and said, "Doctor, am I about to die?" Pu Shaohui smiled and comforted, "Don't scare yourself, I'll show you first." It turned out that the patient's nose often bleeds, and the local clinic has never been able to cure it. Through nasal endoscopy examination, it was found that the patient has a vascular tumor in the right nasal cavity, which is a complex condition that requires surgical intervention. However, a real challenge lies ahead: the medical equipment here is relatively rudimentary, and some of the equipment required for surgery does not meet the standards, adding risks to the surgery. Pu Shaohui fully evaluated the patient's condition and, after weighing, believed that surgery was necessary. After debugging the equipment and developing a plan, the surgery proceeded as scheduled. In the absence of specialized materials, Pu Shaohui self-made nasal cavity filling materials to overcome various challenges during the surgical process and ultimately achieved good results. Once again, a middle-aged woman rushed into the clinic with a little girl in her arms
