The meeting emphasized that procuratorial organs at all levels should accurately grasp the goals, tasks, work priorities, and methods of the special action, and implement them solidly in accordance with the deployment and requirements of the "Special Action Plan for Procuratorial Protection of Enterprises", combined with local realities. We must effectively rectify the judicial issues related to profit oriented law enforcement, solidly promote the governance of corruption within private enterprises, create a good fair competition environment, accurately handle criminal civil cross disciplinary cases, deepen the compliance reform of involved enterprises, strengthen the supervision of false arbitration and false notarization in accordance with the law, ensure the comprehensive and correct execution of criminal judgments related to enterprises in accordance with the law, and strengthen the supervision of administrative litigation and administrative illegal activities related to enterprises.
