In this regard, the base adheres to the joint planning and deployment of party building work and central work, and through measures such as conducting business training, organizing experience exchange, and supervising the implementation of systems, helps grassroots officials improve their awareness and ability of party building leadership, and fully unleashes the role of grassroots party organizations as battle fortresses. The weak cross regional transportation support capability is a headache for the officers and soldiers of a certain coastal guidance group. During the investigation of the team, the leaders of the base led the officers and soldiers to "dissect sparrows", accurately identify and analyze existing problems, jointly develop countermeasures, and ultimately set the breakthrough point on exploring the establishment of a joint support mechanism for military civilian resource sharing, joint training on the same platform, and overall linkage.
