A certain naval base in the Northern Theater Command has been closely monitoring contradictions and steadily advancing its work for the new year. Recently, the working group of a certain naval base in the Northern Theater Command conducted in-depth grassroots research and investigation, providing accurate portraits for various units, helping to identify the crux of the problem, and proposing improvement suggestions. "We should take grassroots research as a favorable opportunity to discover and solve problems, and steadily promote the work of the new year." The leader of the base introduced that in the past, when planning to promote the work of the new year, some business departments had problems such as setting the tone first and setting conclusions beforehand, which led to some work being slow and hesitant; Some people lack understanding of the actual situation at the grassroots level and are willing to deploy and carry out work unilaterally, resulting in some decisions being "unrealistic". In response to this situation, during the grassroots research process, they conducted in-depth reviews of past experiences and lessons, and extensively conducted mass discussions around "how to view military construction and how to do this year's work". Based on the mission and tasks, strengths and weaknesses, and construction goals of each unit, they guided the formulation of annual work plans to ensure that the planning of the Party committee is in line with the development of grassroots construction. During a survey at a certain navigation station, government officials found that some grassroots officials did not fully utilize their organizational functions when deploying work. In this regard, the base adheres to the joint planning and deployment of party building work and central work, and through measures such as conducting business training, organizing experience exchange, and supervising the implementation of systems, helps grassroots officials improve their awareness and ability of party building leadership, and fully unleashes the role of grassroots party organizations as battle fortresses. The weak cross regional transportation support capability is a headache for the officers and soldiers of a certain coastal guidance group. During the investigation of the team, the leaders of the base led the officers and soldiers to "dissect sparrows", accurately identify and analyze existing problems, jointly develop countermeasures, and ultimately set the breakthrough point on exploring the establishment of a joint support mechanism for military civilian resource sharing, joint training on the same platform, and overall linkage. "After calculation, under this mechanism, the time from task initiation to delivery completion can be significantly shortened," said Yang Li, a cadre at the base.
