In recent years, with the continuous expansion of functional tasks, the provincial military region system has adhered to the concept of military governance to promote security work, actively constructed a new model of security work that is tailored to the requirements of the new era, integrating peace and war, multi domain cooperation, and strictly enforcing the law, in order to strengthen military governance, optimize duty processes, improve military civilian mechanisms, standardize force construction, strictly investigate military fraud, and safeguard the rights and interests of officers and soldiers. After the establishment of the National Defense Mobilization Department of the Military Commission, the security work of the provincial military region system focused on preparing for war, deepening military governance, strengthening inspection and inspection, strengthening military civilian cooperation, effectively fulfilling law enforcement service tasks, and playing an important role in assisting troops in training and preparing for war. In order to facilitate military civilian communication channels and strengthen cross military civilian governance, the provincial military region system and relevant local departments have established a mechanism for military civilian cooperation tasks such as information exchange, joint law enforcement, clue investigation and handling, and regional management, clarifying the responsibilities of multiple local member units such as public security, education, cyberspace, transportation, and customs. On this basis, we will adhere to regularly convening joint military civilian meetings, timely reporting on the situation, analyzing the situation, discussing measures, and working together to solve problems. In recent years, the military and civilian sectors have continued to carry out special operations such as "guarding military uniforms". With the help of information investigation and public opinion monitoring platforms, a large number of military related infringement issues have been investigated and dealt with. Efforts have been made to increase the crackdown on military related fraud and infringement in accordance with the law, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests and image reputation of the military. The provincial military region system also fully leverages the advantages of coordinating military civilian functions, expands service channels for the military, and strives to do a good job in regional coordination and support. It assists officers and soldiers in handling various types of requests for help such as lost documents and certificate issuance. During special periods such as the retirement of supplementary soldiers, troop transfers, and Spring Festival travel, it coordinates the establishment of "military service stations" at stations, airports, and ports to provide ticketing, certificate processing, and other services for past military personnel. In addition, the provincial military region system regards strengthening the construction of its own security forces as an important part of promoting grassroots governance in a systematic manner.
