Recently, a number of enterprises in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province donated money to the Baise Education Foundation of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to set up Wenxiu classes in Baise. The name of Wenxiu class comes from "model of the times" and "national model of poverty alleviation" Huang Wenxiu. In May 2020, Baise municipal Party committee and government decided to establish a "Wenxiu fund", which plans to complete the goal of establishing 200 Wenxiu classes and train 10000 students by 2025. Wenxiu class includes both high school class and junior high school class. Each class has 50 students. The admission conditions are required to be excellent in both character and learning, and the family conditions are difficult. In order to improve the quality of running schools, Baise Education Foundation issued regulations on the management of Wenxiu classes, held the "learning Wenxiu Memorial month" and published the Wenxiu story collection to encourage students to have an in-depth understanding of Huang Wenxiu's advanced deeds. Since its establishment, Wenxiu class has received active support from all walks of life in Guangzhou. Recently, 11 units including Guangzhou Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. have donated a total of 13.8 million yuan to Baise Education Foundation and established 34 Wenxiu classes.
