Recently, the 2024 Intellectual Property Promotion Week and the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Innovation and Entrepreneurship Intellectual Property Comprehensive Service Platform Achievement Release Event were held, and the work achievements of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Innovation and Entrepreneurship Intellectual Property Comprehensive Service Platform since its official launch one year ago were disclosed on site. It is reported that the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Innovation and Entrepreneurship Intellectual Property Comprehensive Service Platform is the first intellectual property comprehensive service platform with distinctive functions such as big data retrieval and comparison of intellectual property in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao, as well as digital representation of patents. Currently, it has collected over 130 million pieces of intellectual property data, gathered over 30000 pieces of transferable and transformable intellectual property in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and has settled in 59 intellectual property service institutions in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, efficiently supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaborative development in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. In recent years, Nansha in Guangzhou has continuously accelerated the implementation of its intellectual property strategy, strengthened intellectual property protection, improved public services for intellectual property, and continuously optimized the business environment. One is to formulate and release the "Ten Articles on Intellectual Property", carry out high-value intellectual property cultivation projects and key industry patent navigation plans, and promote the creation of high-quality intellectual property. The second is to build a "three in one" protection system for intellectual property rights, formulate and release the "Nansha Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Guidelines Manual", layout and construct 13 key industrial park intellectual property rights protection assistance and protection workstations, and strengthen high standard intellectual property protection. The third is to build a public service center for intellectual property, integrate trademark acceptance windows, Hong Kong intellectual property inquiry points and other business functions, establish Guangzhou Patent Agency Guangzhou Nansha Service Station, Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Protection Center Nansha Branch, Guangzhou Intellectual Property Protection Center Nansha Branch, etc., to provide high-level intellectual property services. According to data statistics, in 2023, there were 8192 patent authorizations in Nansha, 2008 invention patent authorizations, an increase of 42.1%, 14348 trademark registrations, 147149 valid registered trademarks, an increase of 7.8%, and intellectual property pledge financing reached 2.466 billion yuan, an increase of 78%. A navigation report on new material industry patents in Nansha District was also released on site, and the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Intellectual Property Service Industry Alliance and the Nansha District Intellectual Property Public Service Center in Guangzhou were established.
