On the 15th, the second regional youth's theme speech contest of "casting the Chinese soul firmly and forging a new journey" was officially launched in 7 cities, 8 universities and relevant units in Xizang. Selection will be conducted throughout the region from April to May, and the regional finals and award ceremony will be held at the end of May. It is reported that in this competition, there are five groups: primary school group, middle school group (including middle school, high school, and vocational school), youth group, village youth exhibition group, and religious youth exhibition group. In terms of mobilization form, on the basis of organized recommendation and selection, we will increase social mobilization efforts and adopt social audition methods (online registration, offline selection) to select final participants, in order to enhance the social participation and influence of the competition. The registration period for the social audition is from April 15 to April 30, 2024. Youth aged 6 to 45 in Tibet (recommended by various cities and regions) can apply for consultation. Participants are required to give live speeches closely around the theme of national unity and progress, with distinctive features, authentic content, contemporary atmosphere, and artistic appeal. The speech time should be no less than 4 minutes and no more than 5 minutes.
