China

The two heads of state had a frank and in-depth exchange of views on China US relations and issues of mutual concern. In recent months, both teams have conscientiously implemented the consensus we reached, and the relationship between China and the United States has shown a stabilizing trend, which has been welcomed by various sectors of the two countries and the international community. On the other hand, negative factors in the relationship between the two countries have also increased and need to be taken seriously by both sides. China and the United States, as two major powers, cannot avoid communication and interaction, let alone conflict and confrontation. They should respect each other, coexist peacefully, and cooperate for mutual benefit. They should continue to move forward on the path of stability, health, and sustainability, rather than turning back. One is to prioritize peace, adhere to the bottom line of non conflict and non confrontation, and continuously enhance positive expectations for China US relations. The second is to prioritize stability, not to cause trouble, not to cross boundaries, and maintain overall stability in China US relations. The third is to put faith first, fulfill their respective commitments with actions, and turn the "San Francisco vision" into a "reality". Both sides should strengthen dialogue with mutual respect, manage differences with caution, promote cooperation with a spirit of mutual benefit, and strengthen international coordination with responsible responsibilities. The United States has implemented numerous economic, trade, and technological crackdowns against China, and the list of sanctions against Chinese companies is getting longer and longer. This is not about "removing risks", but creating risks. If the US is willing to engage in mutually beneficial cooperation and share the dividends of China's development, China's door will always be open; If the US insists on suppressing China's high-tech development and depriving China of its legitimate right to development, we will not sit idly by. Biden stated that the US China relationship is the most far-reaching bilateral relationship in the world. The progress made in US China relations since the San Francisco meeting indicates that both sides can actively promote cooperation while managing differences responsibly. The United States adheres to the One China policy. China's development is beneficial to the world, and the United States does not seek to contain China's development or decouple from China. We are willing to arrange for Secretary Yellen and Secretary Antony Blinken to visit China recently to strengthen dialogue and communication with China, avoid miscalculation, promote cooperation, promote stable development of bilateral relations, and jointly address global challenges. The two heads of state also exchanged views on the crisis in Ukraine and the situation on the Korean Peninsula. The two heads of state believe that this call is candid and constructive. Both parties agree to continue communication and instruct their work teams to implement the "San Francisco Vision" and promote diplomacy and economy
