The pilot program for direct settlement of work-related injury insurance for medical treatment across provinces and regions has begun. The retention period of monitoring and video data in childcare institutions is not less than 90 days, and multiple measures are taken to protect the personal information of express delivery users... In April 2024, a batch of new regulations to be implemented will bring a new vision for a better life. The pilot project for direct settlement of cross provincial and cross regional medical treatment for work-related injury insurance has begun. In order to better protect the rights and interests of workers with work-related injuries, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and three other departments have issued a notice on the pilot work of direct settlement of cross provincial and cross regional medical treatment for work-related injury insurance. Starting from April 1st, all provinces across the country will pilot the pilot work of direct settlement of cross provincial and cross regional medical treatment for work-related injury insurance. The notice requires that the human resources and social security departments of each province and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps select some cities to initiate pilot projects. Personnel from pilot cities can directly settle the medical expenses for cross provincial and cross regional hospitalization and work-related injuries, hospitalization and work-related injury rehabilitation expenses, and auxiliary equipment configuration expenses with social security cards. The pilot period is one year. The recommended health industry standard "Quality Evaluation Standards for Childcare Institutions", which is implemented from April 1st, specifies the evaluation of the conditions for childcare, childcare teams, childcare care care, health care, parenting support, safety assurance, and institutional management of childcare institutions. This standard applies to the evaluation of institutions (including kindergartens) that provide full-time childcare services for infants and young children under the age of 3. The evaluation of childcare institutions that provide half day care, timed care, temporary care and other care services can be referred to and executed. The evaluation criteria propose that childcare institutions should have safety facilities and equipment, install one click alarms, and be equipped with necessary fire-fighting facilities. Install monitoring equipment in infant and toddler living areas with full coverage. The storage period of surveillance video materials shall not be less than 90 days. The living room for infants and young children should be arranged on three floors or less, with bright and natural lighting. The new version of the three series of national standards "Express Delivery Services", which will be implemented from April 1st, specifies the time limit for domestic express delivery services, puts forward requirements for protecting the rights and interests of employees, emphasizes data security in the collection, storage, and use of personal information of express delivery users, and reasonably determines service fees. The new version of the standard stipulates that the collection of personal information of express delivery service users by express delivery service providers should be limited to the minimum scope for achieving the purpose of express delivery services, including name, contact information, mailing (receiving) address, mailing item information, ID card information, etc., and should not excessively collect personal information of users. Electronic waybills for express delivery should adopt technical measures such as privacy labels to protect user personal information. The mandatory national standard for restricting excessive packaging of fresh and edible agricultural products (GB43284-2023), which comes into effect on April 1st, specifies the technical indicators and judgment methods for whether vegetables (including edible mushrooms), fruits, livestock and poultry meat, aquatic products, and eggs are over packaged in five categories of fresh and edible agricultural products. This standard stipulates that vegetables (including edible mushrooms) and eggs shall not exceed 3 layers of packaging, and fruits, livestock and poultry meat, and aquatic products shall not exceed 4 layers of packaging. At the same time, the definition of "sales packaging" specifically states that "it does not include logistics protective packaging, as well as cooling, gas regulation, moisture-proof and other preservation and preservation functional products"
