As of February 24th (the 15th day of the first lunar month), a total of 25000 recruitment activities have been held nationwide, with 16 million job postings released; 17000 specialized vehicles, trains, and chartered planes were dispatched for migrant workers, transporting 600000 workers. Yibin City, Sichuan Province organized 204 key enterprises in collaboration with Chongqing, Xiamen, Wuxi and other provinces and cities, providing over 19000 positions, with a 58.3% increase in the number of positions released compared to the same period last year; Fuzhou City, Fujian Province launched a special train for returning to work, carrying 530 migrant workers from Dingxi City, Gansu Province to return to work, involving more than 120 key enterprises; Teng County, Wuzhou City, Guangxi Province, opened a direct employment bus, sending 115 workers with job seeking intentions to enterprises with employment needs. They were taken to visit and understand the production and living environment, welfare benefits, and face-to-face communication with enterprises more intuitively. An "immersive" visit and job selection were conducted, and 45 people were present on the same day to reach employment intentions; The human resources and social security department of Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, took the initiative to carry out the "Visiting Enterprises and Asking Needs" action, to understand the employment needs of enterprises, establish employment records for enterprises according to 13 industrial chains, and promote precise integration between industrial chains and talent chains; Chongqing has set up 1810 employment service stations at transportation hubs such as automobile (train) passenger stations, highway intersections (toll stations, service areas), as well as in towns where migrant workers are concentrated, relocation and resettlement areas, and large supermarkets. The stations provide on-site services such as human resources and social policy consultation, employment demand registration, "doorstep" job recommendation, and entrepreneurship guidance. They have also distributed heartwarming gift packages such as mobile traffic packages, couplets, New Year's paintings, and calendars, serving a total of 825000 migrant workers returning to their hometowns.
