From the perspective of the origin and development of the concept of integrating science and education, the narrow concept of integrating science and education has developed rapidly since the creative concept of "integrating teaching and research" was proposed by Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany in the early 19th century. With the cross organizational integration of technological innovation and education, the connotation of science and education integration has been continuously expanded. Schools should be guided to make the integration of science and education an important direction of education, establish deep interaction between science and education as an important content of school regulations, and improve institutional construction. At the same time, efforts should be made to reverse people's thinking inertia, so that the awareness of valuing the integration of science and education can be widely rooted in the whole society. The purpose of building a "university+primary and secondary school" science and education integration system is to educate people, which is a systematic project involving the entire education chain. The integration of technology and education in primary and secondary schools requires transcending narrow disciplinary thinking.
