Reporters learned from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on January 31 that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology and other 12 departments recently issued the Action Plan for "Connecting" the Industrial Internet Identity Resolution System (2024-2026) (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"), which proposed that by 2026, China will have built an independent and controllable identity resolution system, and initially realize large-scale application in manufacturing and economic and social key fields, The supporting role in promoting digital transformation of enterprises, smoothing the industrial and supply chains, and promoting the integration and development of large, medium, and small enterprises with the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries is constantly increasing. It is reported that this is the first policy document issued for the industrial Internet logo analysis system. Industrial Internet identity analysis system has become an important link and nervous system of industrial Internet by promoting data exchange and information sharing between upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. The relevant person in charge of the Information and Communication Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that China's industrial Internet identity resolution system was basically completed, the country's top nodes were operating stably, and more than 330 secondary nodes were online, achieving full coverage of 31 provinces (regions, cities) nationwide, serving more than 400000 enterprises, with an average daily resolution of more than 150 million times, expanding to 46 industries. It is reported that the Action Plan is the first policy document issued for the identification analysis system of industrial Internet, the first special action in the new stage of industrial Internet scale development, and the first policy of multi sectoral joint promotion of the landing and application of industrial Internet, aiming to promote the identification analysis system from "building" to "using", and expand the breadth and depth of application in the industrial field, Promote the widespread promotion of the identification resolution system in various fields of the economy and society. The Action Plan proposes quantitative development indicators for the year 2026 from four aspects: key indicators, key areas, basic support, and industrial ecology, to accelerate the large-scale development of identification analysis. Among them, in terms of key indicators, the number of service enterprises has exceeded 500000, the application has expanded to 60 industries, the cumulative registration volume has exceeded 600 billion, and the daily analysis volume has exceeded 300 million times. In terms of key areas, preliminary large-scale applications have been achieved in production and manufacturing, consumer goods industry, green and low-carbon, and safety production. In terms of basic support, the coverage of secondary nodes in industries and cities continues to expand, and their role in monitoring industrial economic operation and empowering safety production is becoming increasingly apparent. The Action Plan deploys a total of 7 key tasks, including connecting the industrial chain and supply chain, comprehensively empowering the "three products" strategy for consumer goods, and improving green and low-carbon management. In addition, the Action Plan proposes supporting measures from five aspects: infrastructure, technological innovation, product services, data circulation, and security protection. The above person in charge stated that they will establish and improve a promotion mechanism, strengthen departmental linkage and central local coordination, divide tasks and ensure the organization of key tasks, and work together to promote the large-scale application of the identification and analysis system.
