The constantly emerging new technologies, industries, forms, and models in the development of the digital economy provide solid support for promoting the effective improvement of quality and reasonable growth of quantity in the economy, assisting high-quality development, and doing a good job in expanding the "cake". Guo Jianmin stated that there are several advantages in digital technology innovation and application, which can help create new wealth. The high-quality development of the digital economy requires the leading role of technological innovation to be played at a higher level and on a larger scale.
