The report shows that the ecological security barrier has been continuously strengthened, with 119.36 million mu of afforestation, 94.21 million mu of grass improvement, and 56.99 million mu of desertification control completed. The area of soil erosion has decreased by more than 39000 square kilometers; The installed capacity of non fossil energy power generation has historically exceeded that of fossil energy, and the proportion of non fossil energy in total energy consumption has increased to 17.5%. The quality of life of the people has steadily improved. The report shows that a total of 31.53 million new jobs have been created in urban areas across the country in the past two and a half years.
