The "Red Hall Forum: China and African Countries on the Road to Modernization" Cape Town Dialogue, jointly organized by the Research and Planning Department of the Central Party History and Literature Research Institute, the Xinhua News Agency Research Institute, and the Xinhua News Agency Africa Branch, was held in Cape Town, South Africa on the 15th. Matet Madiba, Vice President of the University of the Western Cape in South Africa, stated that China's achievements in digital construction, especially in promoting educational development through digital construction, are impressive. Jaya Josie, a distinguished professor at the University of Wenda in South Africa, believes that the strong relationship and brotherly friendship between China and South Africa can be traced back to the Bandung Conference. South Africa and China should further share ideas with each other and strive to achieve more new results in cooperation between BRICS countries and the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road". Kuang Weilin, a member of the Public Diplomacy Advisory Committee of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that China's development benefits the world and cannot be separated from the world. Chinese path to modernization, the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" and the BRICS cooperation mechanism will provide new major opportunities for broader cooperation between China and Africa. Wesley Sear, from the Western Cape International Relations Subcommittee of the African National Assembly, proposed that China's development over the past forty years has provided African countries with a modernization path that fully reflects dialectical relations.
