The management measure of "7 days centralized isolation+3 days at home health monitoring" was adjusted to "5 days centralized isolation+3 days at home isolation". The management measure of "7-day centralized isolation" was adjusted to "7-day home isolation". During this period, the "three person team" of the community was recorded into the "One Code Access" system to implement the red code management and not allowed to go out. One nucleic acid test shall be carried out respectively on the first, third, fifth and seventh days of home isolation. （3） Inbound personnel. The management measure of "7 days centralized isolation+3 days at home health monitoring" was adjusted to "5 days centralized isolation+3 days at home isolation". During this period, the isolation site was recorded into the "One Code Access" system to implement red code management and not allowed to go out. After the immigration personnel have completed the isolation at the first place of entry, the destination shall not be isolated again. One nucleic acid test was carried out on the first, second, third and fifth days of centralized isolation medical observation, and one nucleic acid test was carried out on the first and third days of home isolation medical observation. The risk assessment shall be carried out for the entry personnel whose Ct value of nucleic acid test is 35-40 when they are released from centralized isolation. If they have been infected in the past, the "two inspections in three days" during the period of home isolation shall be entered into the "one code access" system by the "three person team" of the community to implement the red code management and they shall not go out. （4） High risk personnel. When the personnel at high-risk posts leave their posts in rotation, the "7-day centralized isolation or 7-day home isolation" will be adjusted to "5-day home health monitoring". During this period, yellow code management will be given. One nucleic acid test will be carried out on the first, third and fifth days respectively. In principle, the community will conduct on-site sampling. Do not go out when it is unnecessary, and do not go to densely populated public places or take public transport when it is really necessary to go out. Other isolation control policies shall be implemented according to the ninth national prevention and control plan. 2、 Timely arrange the qualified personnel in the tube to remove the isolation. For the personnel who are currently in the tube and whose nucleic acid test results are negative for "people, objects and environment", immediately remove the centralized isolation; For the personnel who have been under centralized isolation management for 5 days but less than 8 days, and the nucleic acid test result of "human, material and environment" is negative, the centralized isolation can be removed, and the closed loop transfer will continue to complete the residential isolation for 1-3 days after returning to the community.
