289 newly confirmed cases in Guangdong on October 10

From 0-24 on November 10, 289 newly confirmed cases (225 cases in Guangzhou, 3 cases in Shenzhen, 13 cases in Shantou, 2 cases in Huizhou, 2 cases in Dongguan, 2 cases in Zhongshan, 1 case in Yangjiang, 23 cases in Maoming and 18 cases in Qingyuan) were confirmed locally in the province; 2461 local asymptomatic infections were newly added (2358 in Guangzhou, 1 in Shenzhen, 5 in Shantou, 11 in Foshan, 23 in Meizhou, 2 in Huizhou, 2 in Shanwei, 29 in Dongguan, 21 in Maoming, 4 in Qingyuan, and 5 in Jieyang); There were also 257 local asymptomatic cases (241 in Guangzhou, 11 in Shantou, 1 in Shaoguan, 3 in Maoming and 1 in Chaozhou). 21 confirmed cases imported from abroad were newly added in the province (6 in Guangzhou, 12 in Shenzhen and 3 in Zhuhai); 20 cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad (4 in Guangzhou, 7 in Shenzhen, 4 in Zhuhai, 1 in Foshan and 4 in Dongguan) were newly added; Another 2 cases of asymptomatic infection imported from abroad were confirmed (1 case in Guangzhou, 1 case in Shenzhen). 90 new cases were discharged in the province (11 cases were imported from abroad), and 3648 cases are currently in hospital (155 cases were imported from abroad); 122 cases of asymptomatic infections were newly released from medical observation (21 cases were imported from abroad), and 14595 cases of asymptomatic infections were still under medical observation (229 cases were imported from abroad). By 24:00 on November 10, 42318 cases of positive COVID-19 infection (14376 cases imported from abroad) had been reported in the province, including 15348 confirmed cases (5976 cases imported from abroad) and 26970 asymptomatic infections (8400 cases imported from abroad).
