On September 21 local time, NASA released the image of Neptune's halo captured by Weber Space Telescope, which is the most clearly seen image in more than 30 years. (The composite image shows three pictures of Neptune taken by Voyager 2 in 1989, Hubble in 2021 and Weber in 2022. (From left to right)
