The inspection team immediately found han to understand the situation. "Yan came to me through one of my relatives and wanted to rent 15 collective front rooms on the street to open a supermarket. In June 2011, Han rented 15 collective front rooms with a total of 540 square meters on the street of the community to Yan at a price of 130000 yuan per year without public invitation. The lease term was 6 years. In July 2014, Han lowered the rent to 100000 yuan and extended the lease term on the ground of water leakage.
