The demonstration text includes key clauses such as the lease term, rent and payment, lease purpose, sublease, decoration, maintenance and repair, providing clear and specific contract templates for both parties in urban housing leasing. The demonstration text has added a "special reminder" section, which focuses on key content that can easily lead to disputes, such as the identity of the lessor, proof of property ownership, identity of the lessee, verification of the purpose of the leased property, and property safety management. In addition, the demonstration text explains important terms such as the lessee's right of first refusal, right of first refusal, and right to settle on behalf of the sub lessee, making it easier for the parties involved to understand and use.
