In recent classes, the teacher focused on teaching the basic knowledge of mainstream computer programming languages, leading students to understand the application scenarios of algorithms in real life through a series of interesting cases. This standardized teaching scenario is unfolding in Guizhou, Hong Kong, and Macau, where more and more young people are enhancing their information literacy and developing the ability to adapt to the digital age through free learning of programming skills. In 2022, the Macau Chinese Innovation and Technology Development Promotion Association, established by members of the Guizhou Provincial Political Consultative Conference in Macau, together with 15 relevant units and social organizations from Macau, Guizhou, and Guangdong, found in its research that there are problems such as a shortage of information science education resources and a weak teacher training system in primary and secondary schools in Guizhou. To this end, the Promotion Association relies on the National Supercomputing Guangzhou Center of Sun Yat sen University to build an online "Gui'ao Science and Technology Innovation School" learning platform. Starting from the end of 2022, the Promotion Association has donated AI information programming enlightenment courses to 32 primary and secondary schools in Guizhou, and later donated courses to two schools in Macau and Hong Kong that have established sister schools with Guizhou. At this point, Guigang and Macao have achieved the same information science course as before. As of now, the classroom has directly served over 70000 teachers and students from primary and secondary schools in the three regions. Kong Xianglong, Director of the Third Department of the United Front Work Department of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, said that the "Same Course" scientific and technological talent training program in Guigang and Macao has broken through spatial and geographical limitations, enriched the connotation of exchanges among the three regions, promoted the sharing of high-quality educational resources, and achieved certain results and good social response. Taking Guiyang No.3 Middle School, which was the first to accept course donations, as an example, it has been approved as an artificial intelligence education base for primary and secondary schools by the Ministry of Education, and has embarked on a unique educational path. In a thank-you letter, the school wrote: "Through studying the 'Gui'ao Science and Technology Innovation School' course, students' information science literacy and teachers' professional abilities have greatly improved and broken through compared to previous years, and have achieved excellent results in various technology competitions." Qu Bailai, member of the Guizhou Provincial Political Consultative Conference and president of the Macao Chinese Innovation and Technology Development Promotion Association, stated that in the future, it will further expand scientific and educational cooperation between Guizhou and Hong Kong and Macao at all levels, utilize the technological advantages of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, continue to provide high-quality educational resources, reserve high-quality innovative talents for Guizhou to accelerate the construction of a digital economy development zone, and lay the foundation for cross regional talent cultivation and technological cooperation. In order to promote communication, exchange, and integration, Guizhou has continuously deepened the construction of sister schools in recent years. As of now, over 90 sister schools have been established between the local area and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions. Organizations such as the Hong Kong Guizhou Cultural Exchange Fund and the Macao Chinese Innovation and Technology Development Promotion Association, which have assisted in promoting it, have stated that they lead teachers and students to Guizhou for exchanges every year. Everyone visited the Zunyi Conference site, the National Big Data (Guizhou) Comprehensive Experimental Zone Exhibition Center, the Guizhou Geological Museum, etc., which enhanced their sense of belonging and identity to the country and the nation. Guizhou students have also visited Hong Kong and Macau, gaining a profound understanding of the vitality of "One Country, Two Systems" and further broadening their international perspective through visits to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Legislative Council, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Macao Science Museum, Macao Return Gift Exhibition Hall, and other places.
