The work plan focuses on six aspects, including strengthening policy support, carrying out promotion activities, building platform carriers, expanding opening up to the outside world, strengthening standard guidance, and optimizing the consumption environment. It proposes 48 specific task measures, covering major industries such as catering, accommodation, health, cultural and entertainment, tourism and leisure, and sports events, as well as new formats and scenarios such as tourist trains, aerial tours, skydiving flights, ultra high definition television, and micro dramas. The work plan focuses on coordinating domestic and international dual circulation, adhering to the dual supply and demand approach, and supporting the expansion of high-quality service supply through the method of "opening up to the outside world and opening up to the inside". At the same time, we will adhere to a problem oriented approach, focus on livelihood concerns such as "one elderly and one small", and formulate targeted policies and measures to support household management, elderly care, childcare, healthy consumption, and better meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.
