After breaking through 50% of China's foreign trade for the first time last year, the proportion continued to increase in the first quarter of this year, reaching 51.1%. Lv Daliang introduced that a series of landmark projects and "small and beautiful" projects are grounded and beneficial to the people's livelihood, taking root in countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road", and driving trade exchanges of related products. Working hand in hand with co building countries to deepen industrial cooperation, in the first quarter, the proportion of intermediate goods in China's imports and exports with co building countries was 65.1%. Continuously expanding cooperation in the agricultural sector with co building countries, China's exports of pesticide formulations to co building countries increased by 15.5% in the first quarter, and agricultural machinery increased by 37.2%; The import volume of poultry meat from self built countries increased by 32.9%, and the import volume of dried and fresh fruits increased by 8.5%. Actively carrying out practical cooperation in the field of people's livelihood with co building countries, China's exports of pharmaceutical materials and drugs to co building countries increased by 14.6% in the first quarter, and medical instruments and devices increased by 5.1%. Supporting the continuous improvement of transportation and energy infrastructure conditions in co built countries, China's exports of rail transit equipment to co built countries increased by 10.7% in the first quarter, exports of electric motors and generators increased by 17.4%, and exports of wind turbines increased by 67.4%. Lv Daliang pointed out that at present, the co construction of the "the Belt and Road" is the most extensive and largest international cooperation platform in the world. Together, the co construction countries account for more than 40% of the global GDP, more than 50% of the global exports, and their influence and voice in global governance are growing. The "the Belt and Road", a road of prosperity, openness and innovation, has effectively unleashed the development potential of all countries and brought tangible benefits to the development of relevant countries and people's lives.
