Recently, a symposium on the comprehensive reform pilot of moral education and talent cultivation was held in Xi'an. Xiong Sihao, a member of the Party Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education, attended the meeting and listened to the report of the comprehensive reform of the mechanism for cultivating virtue and talents and the pilot unit for the integration of ideological and political courses in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools, and studied and deployed relevant work. The meeting pointed out that the implementation of the New Era Moral Education and Talent Cultivation Project is a major deployment made by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the National Education Conference, and is the "number one project" for building a strong education country. We need to elevate our political stance, deeply grasp the significance of implementing the new era's moral education and talent cultivation project, and position, plan, and construct the project within the overall development of the Party and the country. To clarify the main direction of attack, comprehensively grasp the key points of pilot reform work, effectively respond to new situations and changes, focus on solving new problems and difficulties, accelerate the formation of new experiences and achievements, and find the entry point and force point of reform in the process of adapting to changes. We must adhere to a practical work style, use pilot reforms to drive the implementation and effectiveness of the new era's moral education and talent cultivation project, adhere to upholding integrity and innovation, highlight distinctive advantages, integrate strength and resources, promote the linkage and joint efforts of reform and development, and answer the core issue of building a strong education country with outstanding reform results. The Education Working Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, the Education Working Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, the Education and Health Work Party Committee of Shanghai, the Education Working Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, the Education Working Committee of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee, Peking University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Tarim University, and Suzhou University made exchange speeches.
