In order to maximize convenience for the public and solve the problem of evidence collection in telecommunications fraud cases, in recent years, under the guidance of higher-level police departments and technical forces, the Rongchang police have innovatively developed and built a "remote inquiry" evidence collection tool, integrating multiple technologies such as two-way full process synchronous recording and recording, handwritten original handwriting electronic signature, etc., making the concept of "cloud evidence collection" a reality. Victims and witnesses can complete the production of inquiry records in different locations. After the remote inquiry end forms a two-way synchronous recording and electronic signature record, it is imported into the law enforcement and case handling system of the public security organs for archiving and evidence storage, which meets the requirements of legal procedures.
