Nearly 70% of the respondents expressed recognition for the strength and effectiveness of consumer environment regulation. The vast majority of consumers agree with the concept of green and low-carbon consumption and are able to put it into practice. Among the business performance that consumers are most concerned about, "after-sales guarantee", "excellent quality", and "safety and reliability" rank among the top three, and "after-sales guarantee" has received the most attention for five consecutive years. The data also shows that over 70% of consumers believe that the current market supply can meet their diversified, diversified, and personalized high-quality consumption needs; The main reasons for not meeting the demand for high-quality consumption are the insufficient quality and safety of goods and services, data security, and health attributes. Among the factors that may affect consumer willingness, 27.8% of respondents ranked "product quality" as the top priority. The application of artificial intelligence in China is accelerating, and its potential and prospect are expected. A survey shows that 22.1% of consumers expect the use and scenario applications of AI intelligent products to become a new hotspot for service consumption in the next year; Intelligent electronic products (29.7%) and new energy electric vehicles (26.6%) lead the commodity consumption heat list, reflecting consumers' attention to the convenience of life and the application of technological innovation.
