In order to vigorously boost consumption, comprehensively expand domestic demand, increase income and reduce burden to enhance consumption capacity, create effective demand with high-quality supply, optimize the consumption environment to enhance consumption willingness, and address prominent contradictions that restrict consumption, this plan is now formulated to implement the special action to boost consumption. 1、 The Action to Promote Income Increase for Urban and Rural Residents (1) aims to promote reasonable growth in wage income.
