Key digital technology innovation cooperation and joint research and development will be carried out. At the same time, practical cooperation in agricultural product e-commerce will be deepened to jointly promote the construction of smart ports on the China Vietnam border, deepen cooperation in the Beibu Gulf fishery industry, and jointly explore the construction of a number of smart farm pilot projects in border areas to promote the development of the entire modern agriculture industry chain. In recent years, Guangxi and Vietnam have achieved fruitful results in agricultural cooperation. From January to November 2024, the import and export volume of agricultural products between Guangxi and Vietnam reached 18.37 billion yuan, and Vietnam has been Guangxi's largest trading partner for 26 consecutive years. Both sides have carried out pragmatic cooperation in the prevention and control of major animal diseases and crop pests and diseases; We have jointly established a demonstration base for the Sino Vietnamese border agricultural technology corridor and a testing station for excellent crop varieties; Conducted 7 joint breeding and release activities, releasing over 354 million aquatic seedlings into the Beibu Gulf.
