Long standing efforts to promote the high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road", not only help China expand high-level opening up, but also continue to inject impetus into international economic cooperation. The high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" provides an important driving force for Chinese path to modernization. To promote Chinese path to modernization, we must enhance the linkage effect of domestic and international markets and resources. The high-quality co construction of the "the Belt and Road" is conducive to promoting the orderly flow of production factors, efficient allocation of resources, and deep integration of markets between China and the co construction countries, creating more development opportunities and greater development space. In recent years, China has continuously relaxed foreign investment access, reducing the number of restrictions on foreign investment access from 31 to 29 in the 2024 version of the national negative list, and achieving zero restrictions on foreign investment access in the manufacturing sector. The high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" provides a practical platform for building a community with a shared future for mankind. The high-quality co construction of the "the Belt and Road" will help to promote the building of a world of lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity, openness, inclusiveness, cleanness and beauty, and fully demonstrate the unity of knowledge and practice in major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. Sven Hedin, a Swedish geographer, wrote in the Silk Road published in 1936: "If the Chinese government can revive the Silk Road and use modern means of transportation, it will certainly contribute to mankind and build a monument for itself." Today, the high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" not only changes the global economic geography, but also changes the global civilization geography, and constantly promotes an equal and orderly world of multi polarization, inclusive and economic globalization. To promote high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road", we need to coordinate "hard connectivity", "soft connectivity" and "heart connectivity". On December 27, 2024, the launch ceremony of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan railway project was held, and the project has been put into practice as planned. Just as the China Laos railway has transformed Laos from a "land locked country" to a "land linked country", the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan railway project will also help Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan break through the restrictions imposed by geographical conditions on economic development. In terms of promoting "soft connectivity" and "heart connectivity", taking China and ASEAN as examples, the number of two-way study abroad students will exceed 175000 in 2023; From January to August 2024, there were 16.205 million Chinese citizens traveling to ASEAN countries and 9.69 million ASEAN nationals entering mainland China. The cultural exchanges between China and ASEAN countries are becoming increasingly close, constantly enhancing mutual understanding and trust, and promoting economic and social development. To promote high-quality co construction of the "the Belt and Road", we need to comprehensively promote the construction of major landmark projects and "small and beautiful" livelihood projects. To jointly build the "the Belt and Road", we should focus on the people, and focus on poverty eradication, employment increase, and people's livelihood improvement. In the process of joint development, the major landmark project is arterial blood vessels, and the "small and beautiful" livelihood project is capillaries. Most of the co built countries are developing countries, and there is a general lack of vocational and skilled personnel to promote industrialization and modernization. Since the establishment of the first Luban workshop in Thailand in 2016, China has cooperated to build more than 30 Luban workshops abroad. The construction of Luban Workshop adheres to a demand-oriented approach and has opened more than 70 majors such as industrial robots, new energy, and the Internet of Things in jointly built countries, helping more young people achieve employment. This kind of down-to-earth and people-oriented livelihood project continuously enhances the sense of gain and happiness of the people who jointly build the country. To promote high-quality co construction of the "the Belt and Road", we need to consolidate cooperation in traditional areas and steadily expand cooperation in emerging areas. In the era of digital economy, data has become a new factor of production, and digital empowerment is needed to jointly build the "the Belt and Road" deeper and more realistic. According to a McKinsey research report, it is expected that the contribution of cross-border data flows to the global economy will reach $11 trillion by 2025. Actively carrying out cooperation in emerging fields such as digital, health, green and innovation will foster new growth points of cooperation for the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" and contribute more powerful impetus to the development of the joint construction country. In the long run, to promote the high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" and continue to go deep and solid, will certainly provide inexhaustible power to promote Chinese path to modernization and world modernization, and bring greater benefits to the people of all countries.
