It covers the entire chain development process of enterprises from the first release and exhibition of products or services to the first landing and opening of stores, the first establishment of research and development centers, and then to the establishment of enterprise headquarters. As an economic form, the first launch economy originated from the first store economy, but its connotation is richer, its scope is broader, and its characteristics are more distinct. In terms of scope, it has expanded from the initial brand first store to the first stores of multiple categories such as retail, catering, entertainment, and lifestyle services; In terms of types, it has extended from the debut and first store of tangible products to the debut and first show of intangible services; In terms of effectiveness, it has expanded from simple store openings to multi format linkage, forming an industrial ecosystem centered around new products, new formats, new models, as well as the aggregation of first stores and headquarters; In terms of mode, more emphasis is placed on the entire process of chain development. In summary, the first launch economy is an important reflection of a region's commercial vitality, consumption strength, innovation ability, brand image, international competitiveness, and openness. It can play an important role in activating market atmosphere, building market brands, promoting consumption growth, and driving innovative development. One is that it can effectively promote the improvement of quality and the growth of quantity in the consumption field. Currently, insufficient effective demand is an important factor constraining economic growth. Specifically in the field of consumption, there are both reasons for residents' insufficient consumption ability and willingness, as well as the problem of the variety and quality of consumer goods not keeping up with consumer demand. New digital intelligent products are still in short supply, especially new service products in the fields of science, education, culture, health, and sports, which are still unable to meet the huge demand of consumers in terms of quality and quantity. Museums, art galleries, concerts, concerts, and other venues often experience difficulty in obtaining tickets, and there are also shortages in the supply of services such as health, elderly care, healthcare, and education. Actively promoting the first launch economy, we can launch a series of new products and services, stimulate new formats, enrich new scenarios, adapt to the constantly upgrading trend of personalized, diversified, and experiential consumption, timely obtain consumer feedback, form a positive feedback loop between supply and demand, and fully tap, stimulate, and release the consumption potential of the middle and high-income groups. Secondly, it is conducive to enhancing the international influence of Chinese products and services. Going global is an important lever to promote the growth of enterprise demand. China's exports have steadily grown, with good performance in both quantity and growth rate. However, currently, we mainly rely on quantity competition strategy, and accelerating the shift towards quality competition strategy, especially towards brand competition strategy, is the main trend for future development. China has the advantage of a super large market, and with the trend of consumer upgrading and the demand for innovative development of enterprises, the ability to create well-known brands is also increasing. The first launch economy, with its wide attention and influence, can become an important lever to promote the formation of well-known Chinese brands. It can guide Chinese enterprises to launch their first stores, debuts, and exhibitions in international cities around the world such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, New York, London, Tokyo, Paris, Berlin, etc. At the same time, they can set up their first exhibitions on major domestic product and service exhibition platforms such as the China International Import Expo to enhance the international visibility of Chinese brands. Thirdly, it can effectively promote technological and industrial innovation. The first launch economy can promote the emergence, development, and maturity of new products, services, models, formats, scenarios, and technologies through first store, first launch, first show, first performance, first exhibition, and other means. This is not only a new driving force for consumer growth, but also a new means to promote technological and industrial innovation. Many products and services have formed a wide influence during the first exhibition and launch stages, which has attracted the attention of relevant enterprises and led to further innovative research and development. Many products and services quickly gained market attention and became well-known through their debut, for example, the artificial intelligence big language model was quickly understood and applied by people with the release of ChatGPT, and smartphones were also well-known to global users and quickly occupied the global market due to Apple's press conference. Therefore, it is necessary to further make good use of the opportunity to promote the first launch economy, take the point as a guide, and drive the innovation and development of upstream and downstream industries and related fields through the spillover effect of the first launch economy, thereby promoting the upgrading and transformation of the entire industrial chain. To actively promote the debut economy, it is necessary to fully utilize the communication advantages of new media to further enhance its influence, ensure and improve the supply of supporting facilities such as business premises, commercial service facilities, etc., and build more domestic and foreign brand debut platforms. It is also possible to combine the initial economy with urban development to form economies of scale; Combining with the development of industrial and supply chains, we aim to enhance the allocation capability of upstream and downstream resource elements in the first mover economy, and form a commercial industrial chain that integrates procurement, display, sales, research and development, design, promotion, settlement, logistics, and after-sales service.
