The Hong Kong Garrison of the Chinese People's Liberation Army took the form of emergency pull drills on the 26th, dispatched some troops of land, sea and air forces, organized joint patrols in the fourth quarter, and focused on refining the combat capabilities of the troops in emergency response, rapid planning, emergency dispatch, joint operations, and special case handling. This joint patrol covers multiple branches of the military, including highly mobile infantry on land, naval training vessels at sea, and air patrol helicopters. It organizes emergency deployment of troops according to practical requirements, quickly builds a system, and implements multiple courses in a coherent manner. It highlights the rapid deployment and planning of command in the exercise command post, sea and air patrols and temporary inspections and arrests, joint sea area control, emergency rescue and repair, and other practical contents. Through high-intensity confrontation exercises, it tests command and control, information communication, joint actions, and comprehensive support, consolidating and enhancing the ability of the stationed troops to respond to emergencies and carry out diversified military tasks. Throughout the joint patrol process, the stationed troops strictly complied with the laws and regulations on road, waterway, and aviation management in Hong Kong, and notified the relevant departments of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government in advance.
