On the afternoon of November 19th local time, President Xi Jinping arrived in Brasilia by special plane to begin his state visit to Brazil.
When the special plane arrived at the Bras í lia Air Force Base, senior officials such as the Chief Minister of the Brazilian Presidential Office, Costa, the Commander of the Bras í lia Air Force Base, Miguel, the Minister of Justice, Lewandowski, and the Minister of Institutional Relations of the Presidential Office, Padilla, warmly welcomed President Xi Jinping's visit at the airport on behalf of President Lula and the Brazilian government.

On the way from the airport to the hotel where Xi Jinping was staying, representatives of local overseas Chinese, Chinese funded institutions, and international students waved the national flags of China and Pakistan along the road, holding up red banners such as "Welcome President Xi Jinping's visit to Brazil" and "Long live China Pakistan friendship!" warmly welcoming Xi Jinping's visit.
Xi Jinping left Rio de Janeiro and arrived in Brasilia after concluding the 19th G20 Leaders' Summit.
