This has effectively supported administrative agencies in fulfilling their regulatory responsibilities in accordance with the law and promoted the construction of a legal business environment. Intensify the judicial protection of intellectual property rights, handle 138000 first instance administrative cases involving intellectual property rights, with an average annual growth rate of 20.3%, effectively serving the construction of a strong intellectual property country. Adhering to the concept of "green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver", the People's Court has tried 118000 first instance administrative cases related to environmental and resource protection, with an average annual growth rate of 14.9%, promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of development mode... The People's Court insists on serving the overall situation, finding and grasping the key points and strengths of administrative trial work, and using fair justice to promote high-quality development. The people's courts have consolidated and deepened the achievements of the reform of the filing and registration system, with an average annual growth rate of 5.3% in first instance administrative cases since 2016. Support administrative agencies to punish illegal activities such as endangering food and drug safety, damaging the ecological environment, and withholding wages from migrant workers in accordance with the law, and focus on solving the urgent and pressing problems of the people.
