Yichang, Hubei: Representatives from all walks of life pay tribute to the martyrs

On September 30th, at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Yichang City, Hubei Province, representatives from all walks of life in the city presented flower baskets to the Revolutionary Martyrs Monument to pay tribute to the martyrs. Yichang City is located at the mouth of Xiling Gorge in the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the Battle of Shipai and the Great Retreat of Yichang both occurred in the area. Yichang Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery is a national defense education base in Hubei Province. (New Society)
