On August 6th, Qu Qingshan, President of the Central Party History and Literature Research Institute and Chairman of the National High end Think Tank Council of the Central Party History and Literature Research Institute, delivered a speech at the themed seminar. On the same day, the theme seminar of "Hongting Forum: Understanding the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC" was held in Beijing. More than 200 ambassadors, think tank experts, media reporters, and others from over 60 countries have conducted exchanges and discussions in China. This themed seminar is jointly organized by the Central Institute of Party History and Literature of the Communist Party of China and Xinhua News Agency. At the meeting, the report of the think tank "Major Achievements and World Contributions of Comprehensively Deepening Reform to Promote Chinese path to modernization" was released to the world in both Chinese and English.
