On July 24, 2024, in Kuche City, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Hongshan Stone Forest. Hongshan Stone Forest is located on the east bank of the Kuche River, 60 kilometers north of Kuche City. The canyon runs in an east-west direction and is composed of red sandstone and gravel. The canyon has rugged peaks, with overlapping peaks that change with the changing light and shadow day and night, which is indescribable. (New Society)
