On July 22nd, Typhoon Paibian, the fourth typhoon of this year, made landfall along the coast of Wanning City, Hainan Province in the early hours of the morning. It moved northwest through cities and counties such as Wanning, Qiongzhong, Baisha, and Danzhou, and entered the waters of Beibu Gulf on the morning of the 22nd.
