On July 11, 2024, workers were working intensively at the construction site of the second section of the Jixin Expressway project located in Xin'an County, Luoyang City, Henan Province. The Jiyuan Xin'an Expressway project is one of the key construction projects of the "13445 Project" in Henan Province. After the completion of the project, it will be connected to the Xinyi, Hebao, and Lianhuo expressways, further improving the highway network between Henan and Shanxi provinces, strengthening the transportation links between Luoyang, Jiyuan, and Yuncheng, and effectively driving tourism and economic development along the route.
