Recently, Xinhua News Agency reporters photographed the newborn Tibetan antelope many times on the Luquetang Grassland, Maba Township, Shenza County, Naqu City, Xizang, in the Qiangtang National Nature Reserve. It is understood that the annual Tibetan antelope litter season has begun. The Tibetan antelope is a national first-class protected animal. At present, there are more than 300000 Tibetan antelopes living on the Tibetan Plateau, of which more than 200000 live in the Qiangtang National Nature Reserve in northern Xizang. (Lai Xin She)
